All Microsun Table and Floor Lamps are warranted to be
free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of shipment.
Microsun metal halide bulbs carry a 90 day warranty from date of shipment.
This warranty includes only those products, which are installed, used and
maintained according to the installation instructions supplied with the
product. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Purchaser must call us
within 30 days following purchaser's notice of the defect and furnish proof of
purchase. At its option, Microsun shall replace the defective product.
This warranty applies only to parts and excludes all field labor and service
charges related to the repair or replacement of the item.
Micrsoun Lamps are warrantied to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with our 30
day in-home trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your lamp for any
reason, call our customer service department at (888) 526-0033 within 30 days
and you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Then, pack the lamp back into
its original carton, attach the label and return the lamp for a full refund
(less initial shiping and handling).
